If it was a series group departure, then I don't think so. But best to contact the agent that you bought from. Thanks. I will try to help you ...Hi Pastel Lover,

Thanks. I will try to help you answer some of your questions.

Flight Tickets - Probably a good place to see what other competitors offer. So, you can try looking at ticketing booths for other airlines. Sometimes Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia will have booths that are selling promotion tickets with discounts only available at Matta.

Free & Easy - Usually you need to look at these carefully, as most of them will sell "Ground Only" so that's without tickets. But some offer Ticket + Free & Easy. Best to always ask.

Apartment Style - Best to try AirB&B for this. Usually at Matta, it's hotels.

Insurance - Buy it online. Rarely sold at Matta, unless you buy a full package and this is included.

Reputation - The bigger the company, the better the reputation.

Non-Refundable Booking - Usually, non-refundable is practiced during the super peak periods of the hotel or flights. So, the tour company has to lock down the booking with the hotel or the airline. Usually, at Matta, the agents don't offer Free Cancellation for your bookings. If you are unsure about your departure, then best to buy one of those flexi-tickets from MAS or AirAsia and then book your accommodations elsewhere online.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
DavidMalaysia Asiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00891446281572407445noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9197563430820577837.post-42750396732861733352016-02-18T16:49:59.703+08:002016-02-18T16:49:59.703+08:00Hello David,
