Islands to visit in Malaysia for 2015

Islands to visit in Malaysia for 2015 is a compilation video that I have created for anyone who plans to visit Malaysia or anyone who loves the sun, sand and surf. All the islands you see in this video has been personally visited by me and also photographed by me on my many trips around Malaysia. If you should also know, next year is Malaysia Year of Festivals 2015 or MyFest2015 where the country is extending their tourism campaign.

Short and sweet, this post is trying out a video format instead of my commonly used photographs of islands. I thought I would try something new in my approach towards branding Malaysia. I appreciate any feedback for my little project here too.

If you are a beach lover, you can also check out my other article on best beaches in Malaysia which I did in August 2014, a compilation with a personal review of each beach. and I have visited all those beaches mentioned there too, unlike some articles where writers just pluck information from the web and come up with list postings.

Personally, I think beaches and islands need to be visited by the writers in order for them to understand how to write or photograph it. I would also like to point out that Tourism Malaysia recently engaged 101 Best Beaches to feature 15 beaches in Malaysia, and following their recce, I think I could have done a better job. Maybe it is because I'm Malaysian and these people still believe in 'international' work.

An article states "The 101 Best Beaches.Com Asia is a book to understand and promote Asian beaches which are defined as ranging from rivers, lakes, to resort-style beaches. It aims to provide comprehensive and unique experiences to beach enthusiasts all around the world."

Anyway, I do hope yo enjoyed my amateur video production and hope that you at least visited some of the islands if you have been here in Malaysia. For the locals, I also hope this video will entice you to explore some of our beautiful and natural islands. Again, if you liked this, please do leave your feedback for my Islands to visit in Malaysia for 2015 video.
