Matta Fair Promotions

Matta Fair September 2013 Promotions

Matta Fair Promotions for 2013 were seen throughout the fair on days one and two where I decided to publish the promotions here for those who may be interested in travel packages and flight prices.

As the Matta Fair September 2013 is touted to be the largest ever in the history of Matta, there were a total of almost 1500 booth spaces taken up by various vendors.

The pictures of the Matta Fair promotions are random from various travel companies and prices may vary depending on your choice.

For example, flight prices do not include taxes while package prices may or may not include flights and so on. Therefore, this is only a guide to show you the different tour packages offered and how much they cost.

The Matta Fair is divided into four halls this time, one more than the usual and the main entrance has also been changed to one level higher.

Yes, you now need to go up one more floor and enter from Hall 4 & 4M which is the new halls dedicated to the country tourism boards.

From there, you then take the escalator or stairs down to Hall 3 which was the former main entrance to the Matta Fair September 2013.

Many tour companies and agents were caught unaware of this change and business was affected to many as I spoke to a number of travel agents.

However, the crowd still remains strong but for the regulars, a little dis-orientated from the change. The floor plan is as follows;
  • Hall 4 & 4M - International Tourism Boards and some local travel agents
  • Hall 3 - Domestic Tourism (Malaysia and Singapore)
  • Hall 2 - International
  • Hall 1 - International
  • Upper-Level Hall 1 - Malaysia Airlines and Matta Main Stage area

Conclusion

If you are planning on booking any of the tours or tickets, make sure you go to the Matta Fair before 8.00 pm as many of the vendors would be packing up by then.

The Matta Fair takes place twice a year on a large scale in Kuala Lumpur, and this is Malaysia's largest travel fair that many locals are waiting for.

The main reason why the Matta Fair does so well is all due to the very affordable promotions.

Every year when locals want to plan their travels, they will wait for the Matta Fair promotions, as this is one of the deciding factors for where they will go.
