KSL Dinosaur Water Park in Johor

Johor KSL Dinosaur Water Park

Did you know that there is a KSL Dinosaur Water Park in Johor? Yes, an actual water park themed in the Jurassic period and located on the 7th floor of the hotel in Johor Bahru.

Themed Dinosaurs Alive Water Park, this unique attraction opened to the public on the 5th June 2013, and at the KSL Resort here.

KSL Dinosaur Water Park features five realistic animatronic dinosaurs fitted with sensors that make these creatures move when guests come into proximity.

One of the prominent dinosaurs here is a giant 85-foot long Brachiosaurus, which also spits water at intermittent intervals.

RM2 million was spent on this Dino Water Park, which serves a dual purpose where children can have fun and learn about the prehistoric age.

Attractions here include two high-speed water slides for those seeking thrills and two giant pail water drops where water is dropped over you when the pails are full.

There is also a kiddy pool with baby water slides for children and infants under adult supervision. Lifeguards are also available throughout the day here.

This adds another feather to Iskandar Johor's sudden boom in theme parks and attractions in the state over the last few years.

There is the Legoland Water Park, Legoland Malaysia, Legoland Hotel, Hello Kitty Town, Danga Bay and Puteri Harbour, all located in the main Iskandar area here.

Apart from this, there are a few more interesting theme parks opening, like the Angry Birds Theme Park in Johor.

There are also numerous Theme Parks in Malaysia to visit around Malaysia if you are travelling with your family. Hence it is best to plan carefully on which ones you want to visit.

Finally, if you are heading down south of Malaysia, you can make a visit to the KSL Dinosaur Water Park in Johor, especially if you are travelling with your family.
