Flights to Koh Samui from Kuala Lumpur with Bangkok Airways was officiated on the 29th March 2012.

The latest Bangkok Airways' daily return service for Kuala Lumpur-Koh Samui allows Malaysians and international passengers to fly direct into the island from KL International Airport (KLIA) without a stopover in Bangkok.

The flights are also on an Airbus 319 jet which can accommodate 138 passengers. It has convenient flight timings, departing KLIA at 08.25 am to arrive Koh Samui at 9.05 am.

Its return flight leaves the island at 18.00 pm and arrives at KLIA at 20.30 pm which is convenient for international connections on Malaysia Airlines.

Koh Samui has been one of the premier destinations for beach lovers and even back in the day, intrepid backpackers used to visit the island first. Today, Koh Samui is a cosmopolitan melting pot, attracting all kinds of travelers.
