This Rinku Premium Outlets picture is what I captured when I visited before departing Osaka. The factory outlet is located in the Osaka prefecture and in the town of Rinku, just before Kansai International Airport.
It is a massive outlet mall and is one of 30 found throughout Japan that caters to many top brands like Coach, Armani, Dolce and Gabbana, Kate Spade and many other international brands.
Rinku Premium Outlets Osaka Review
Shoppers will be pleased to know that there are 150 brand names available here, with discounts from 25% to 65% throughout the year here at Rinku Premium Outlets in Osaka.
Currently, travellers or foreigners who visit here can check with the information counter if there are any special promotions or offers when showing their passports.
The beauty of this factory outlet is the place's location, which is one stop before the Osaka International Airport or KIX. To get here, you must take the trains heading towards KIX.
You should also plan your visit to the Rinku Premium Outlets at least five hours before your flight departure.
All international flights require two hours to check in; hence, you can get off at Rinku Town and explore the outlet for about one to two hours before you catch the train to Osaka Airport.
Remember that at Osaka International Airport, you will still have opportunities to shop around there, so these two places are among the best to get any last-minute Japanese souvenirs.

Conclusion
I visited this factory outlet because I was on the inaugural AirAsia X's first flight to Osaka, Japan, in early December 2011.
Apart from visiting Universal Studios Japan, The Osaka Aquarium, and the Shinsaibashi Shopping area, the Rinku Premium Outlets are a must-visit place for anyone coming here.
