Aquaria KLCC Kuala Lumpur Picture

KLCC Aquaria Kuala Lumpur
Aquaria KLCC Kuala Lumpur is my picture of this week. Located in the center of KL town inside the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center, this is one of the major attractions of the city.

The  aquarium is spread over 60,000 square feet in two levels which is located under the convention center. Inside you will find over 250 different species of land and water animals from all over the world.

The unique section feature here is the 90 meter long underwater tunnel that curves. Here you see some of the stunning underwater creatures like turtles, sharks, eels and many species of large fishes.

In he picture above, you see one of the huge cylinder tanks holding some of the local Malaysian freshwater fishes. During certain timings, a diver can be seen going in to feed the fishes too.

There are touch-pools for visitors to feel some of the sea creatures while overall, this is a fully educational experience for all ages.

Aquaria KLCC is open from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm daily, with last admission at 9.00 pm.

You can easily spend a good two hours here and if you have kids, they will find the interactive section very interesting which is one of the highlights of the Aquaria KLCC in Kuala Lumpur.
